Meet Dr. O
Being a periodontist isn't just a day job for him — it's part of who Dr. Ohayon is.
He graduated with honors from York University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree, then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Toronto in 2013. After completing his residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Centre in New Jersey, Dr. Ohayon earned his Specialty Diploma and Master of Science in Periodontology from the University of Toronto in 2017. He was shortly then awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Throughout his career, Dr. Ohayon has been awarded and celebrated for his work and dedication. He is also a member of many prestigious organizations for dentists, including the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.
The importance of family and positivity is deeply embedded in everything Dr. Ohayon does. When he's not tending to his patients, Dr. Ohayon, a father of six, devotes his time to his family, spending his spare time engaging in sports, reading, and managing three of his sons' hockey teams.
For Dr. Ohayon, appreciating all that life has to offer is of the utmost importance, and his service to his patients enables them to do the same. That's why for him, quality and perfection are always a must.
